These general terms of sale apply exclusively for the sale of the software SITEMAPFACILE by N1bus-experiences to the consumers

Article 1 - Price

1.1 - The price of the software is indicated inclusive of all tax in euros out involvement to processing fees and is so much valid that they are present to the screen.

1.2 - All commands are payable in Euros

1.3 - N1bus-Expériences can modify prices at all times.

Article 2 - Registering and payment of the software

2.1 -The registering and the payment of the software take place on line on the site N1BUS SHOP, the platform of registering and payment of N1bus-Expériences.

2.2 - The payment of the software can only take place by Check for France (bank check or postal) or with the following banking cards: Visa, Mastercard, Credit card.

2.3 - In case of check payment, the amount to pay will be increased of 10,00 € for processing fee.

Article 3 - License of the software

After confirmation of the payment of the software, the information of license will be sent by email under 24h to 48h to the user to allow him to use the software beyond the length of the period of evaluation. In case of banking or postal check payment, the information of license will be sent after one reserve period of 10 days.

Article 4 - Responsibility

N1bus-Experiences would not to be responsible for all losses of data or files, operating loss, loss of gain, loss of luck, damages or fees , that could occur at the time of the usage of the software. The total or partial impossibility to use the software notably because of incompatibility of materials cannot lead to no reparation or repayment or set in reason of the responsibility of N1bus-Experiences.

Article 5 - Downloading of the software

The software is free downloadable on the WWW.SITEMAPFACILE.FR site It is recommended to the users to insure that the files downloaded not content computer virus by means of an up-to-date anti-virus software held.

Article 6 - Litigations

The present contract is submitted to the French law. In case of litigation only the courts of La Rochelle (France) will be competent.
